Paula
has
won many prizes in the United Kingdom for exceptional performances. She
has gone on to perform solo recitals in some of the most celebrated
venues in London including Saint-Martin-in-the-Fields, Saint James’s
Piccadilly, Saint John’s Smith Square, Victoria & Albert Museum and the
National Gallery. Multiple, award winning harpist Paula, has played for HRH The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, the Archbishop of Canterbury, Lord Eddie George (former governor of the Bank of England), Princess Marina Sturdza of Romania to name but a few. She studied at the Purcell School of Music and graduated with Honours an Undergraduate, Post Graduate and Masters degrees from the Royal College of Music in London. Her Royal performances have taken her to Kensington Palace, Saint James’s Palace, Lambeth Palace and Windsor Castle. Corporate events have also taken Paula to a variety of prestigious venues including Lord’s Cricket Ground, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Christies Auction House, Le Manoir Aux Quatr’Saisons, The Orangery – Holland Park, Ely House (Dover Street), Hanbury Manor and Brocket Hall. A prolific musician, Paula also has a keen interest in orchestral engagements, teaching and chamber music performances having her own ensemble (The Naiades Ensemble – Flute, Viola and Harp). Paula can be booked together with the Naiades Ensemble or in various other instrumental combinations including flute and harp for all types of event. As one of the few harpists in the country that can play Bollywood music, she is very popular for Asian weddings. |
