Siobhan also studied with Lynn Aspenes (a graduate of The Manhattan School of Music and head instructor of the harp department at The University of Michigan); Skaila Kanga, harp teacher at The Royal Academy of Music; Hugh Webb, international free-lance harpist; Charlotte Seale, instructor of the harp department at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Trinity College of Music, and Thelma Owens, Principle Harpist of The London Philharmonic Orchestra.
Siobhan also studied the flute with William Bennett who is regarded as one of the worlds leading flute teachers; Trevor Wye another of the worlds leading flute teachers; Leone Buyse, who was the former principle of The Boston Symphony and Cleme Barone, a graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Music who teaches at The University of Michigan.
Siobhan received two perfect ratings on the flute at The State Solo Ensemble in Michigan, USA, a finalist at The Interlochen Art Academy Concerto Competition on the harp, performed with Interlochen Arts Academy Orchestra (Flute/Harp), performed with the University of Michigan Orchestra (flute/harp), performed with the West London Sinfonia (harp), performed at the St James’ Palace (harp), performed for Nelson Mandela and the Princess of Thailand.
Siobhan has also performed in numerous hotel in London and played for many weddings, parties and social events in USA, England and Germany. She has also done lots of harp session work for various DJ’s on the London and European Dance Scene.
